From FEDCO:

65 days to maturity. Open-pollinated. A bayou favorite since the 1950s, Cajun Jewel adapts well to our cooler climate and produces almost as much as hybrid Cajun Delight. Dwarf spineless 3–4' plants yield relatively early 1x7" pods with good flavor. Southern Exposure Seed Exchange introduced this Jewel to commerce in 1989.

Plant 1/4" deep, indoors in pots.  Transplant after frost, don't disturb roots.  2' apart, in rows 2-3' apart.
